Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Handling time: 7-10 days
Shipping time: 13-20 days

In case of special holidays, the delivery time will be postponed by 3-5 days. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service: service@racidty.com . We will reply to you within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email. Generally, there will be logistics information in about 3-5 days. Just enter your tracking number to track your order! 

Shipping costs are based on the price. Orders over  $ 79 are free of charge . Orders under $ 79 are subject to shipping costs based on country  . 

*Please note that our products mainly come from overseas, so it may take some time for them to arrive. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to wrong address). However, we can handle items damaged in transit and lost packages as long as we receive proof of receipt within 5 days of the goods being delivered (noted in the refund section).

Note: Shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination country, bad weather and international couriers.
